Instead of detecting use of AI, users should assert exactly how it was created in a way that could be replicated.

Looking at the lawsuit, I feel like if someone directly expresses suicidal ideation, it should show some resources to help with that and maybe require some acknowledgement to continue the conversation, should be age requirements and/or parental consent and ability for parents to monitor.
